Our cancellation policy stipulates that reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the service date may potentially incur a cancellation fee of up to $50 ($100 for reservations other than airport transportation), resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit.
However, for reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the service date, no fee applies. We kindly request that you promptly inform us if your plans have changed. Please note that we evaluate each situation individually before imposing any fees.
Should there be a need to adjust your travel date or time, we completely understand. However, we urge you to contact us before making any elective changes to your flights to ensure we can accommodate the new time. If we're able to make adjustments, a rescheduling fee of $25 will apply. In the event that we cannot accommodate the discussed time, a partial refund may be applicable.
It's important to note that any elective changes made to your flight(s), without consulting us first, will likely result in cancellation of your reservation and you will be ineligible for refund.
As we operate commitments 7 days a week, we kindly request that you respect our schedule by consulting us before changing your flights. This enables us to provide all of our clients with the best possible service.
Note: The handling of cancellations of reservations made by businesses or for Government travel (such as TDY) will be reviewed case-by-case as these are not in the control of the client.
