Our Reservation Process:
1) To inquire about availability and receive a personalized estimate, please complete the "Quote and Reserve" form.
2) Our Client Services team will promptly review your request and send you a quote via email within 1-3 business days.
3) Once you've accepted our estimate, it will automatically convert to an invoice which will be emailed to you requesting your deposit payment.
Note: Returning customers now have the option of an Xpress booking, which bypasses the estimate step, as they are already familiar with our pricing structure.
While our aim is to provide a same-day response, we are a small business, and our owners are actively involved in driving. During busy periods, we may not always be able to respond on the same day. Please rest assured that your inquiry and interest are of utmost importance to us, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Please note: Limit 1** discount per reservation. In cases where you qualify for multiple categories, the category with the highest discount value will be applied to your invoice.
**This rule does not apply to the Senior Discount or First Time Client Discount.
Airport Transportation reservations require a $50 deposit, while all other reservation types require a $100 deposit. The outstanding balances are to be settled 72 hours before your travel date. In the case of travel within 72 hours of the booking date, the full balance must be paid upon confirmation.
Yes, there is a $25 convenience fee applicable to reservations made within 48 hours of the service.
Certainly, transportation pickups falling within the time frame of 10 PM to 6 AM will incur a fee of $20. Please be aware that if both pickups for a round-trip reservation occur during these hours, the fee will amount to $30.
Our cancellation policy stipulates that reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the service date may potentially incur a cancellation fee of up to $50 ($100 for reservations other than airport transportation), resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit.
However, for reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the service date, no fee applies. We kindly request that you promptly inform us if your plans have changed. Please note that we evaluate each situation individually before imposing any fees.
Should there be a need to adjust your travel date or time, we completely understand. However, we urge you to contact us before making any elective changes to your flights to ensure we can accommodate the new time. If we're able to make adjustments, a rescheduling fee of $25 will apply. In the event that we cannot accommodate the discussed time, a partial refund may be applicable.
It's important to note that any elective changes made to your flight(s), without consulting us first, will likely result in cancellation of your reservation and you will be ineligible for refund.
As we operate commitments 7 days a week, we kindly request that you respect our schedule by consulting us before changing your flights. This enables us to provide all of our clients with the best possible service.
Note: The handling of cancellations of reservations made by businesses or for Government travel (such as TDY) will be reviewed case-by-case as these are not in the control of the client.
In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, we make every effort to assist with last-minute adjustments. If the flight change extends beyond 90 minutes, results in a cancellation, and we are unable to accommodate the revised flight time, the customer is entitled to a credit or refund for that specific segment of their journey with MGA | LUX.
If you or the airline modifies your flight date or time, we will make every effort to accommodate the change. Nonetheless, if the new time falls outside our operational hours of 4 AM to 11 PM, we retain the right to cancel the reservation and issue a refund
Yes, due to increased demand and increased travel times due to holiday traffic there is an additional fee for trips during these times.
We offer door-to-door service! Your driver will pick you up at your residence and transport you directly to the Airport drop-off area for your specific airline.
The moment you land, your driver will text you with specific instructions for a meeting location. Each terminal has a designated pickup zone for shuttles and limousine services. We will provide step-by-step instructions for your specific pickup upon arrival.
One of our top priorities is to alleviate the stress of commuting to the airport. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport recommends that each guest arrive 2 hours prior to their departure for Domestic flights and 3 hours prior to their departure for International flights.
For departures, our standard pickup time is 4 hours before domestic flight departures and 5 hours before international flight departures. Please note that in cases where your departure aligns with another client’s arrival at the airport within the same time frame as your drop-off, we may adjust your pickup time up to 1 hour earlier to efficiently accommodate both clients with the same driver. You will be notified ASAP if this is to occur.

Certainly, we are pleased to accommodate up to 2 stops for your group. There is a fee of $10 per additional stop for one-way trips and a fee of $20 per additional stop for round trips.
Please keep in mind that the sequence in which each location will be picked up is determined by MGA | LUX and may be influenced by your driver's initial starting point.
One of our unique features is that we only provide exclusive private transportation. No other passengers outside of your group will be in the vehicle without your consent. We strive to offer a personal and tranquil experience to each and every guest. YES, this includes even groups with only 1 passenger!
