Our Reservation Process:
1) Complete the "Quote and Reserve" form to request availability and receive a personalized estimate.
2) Our Client Services team will respond and send a quote via email within 1-2 business days.
3) Once you have accepted our estimate, you will instantly convert your estimate into an invoice which will allow you to pay the deposit.
Our goal is to respond the same day. However, we are a small business and the owners are part of the driving team. On busy days we may not have the ability to respond the same day.

Yes! We provide the following discounts:
(Limit 1 Discount per Reservation**. If you fall into more than one category, the category with the highest discount value will be assigned to your invoice)
**Rule does not apply to Senior Discount or First Time Client Discount.
A deposit of $50 will be required to secure all reservation types. The remainder of the invoice balance is due 72 hours prior to your date of service.
Yes, reservations booked within 48 hours of the service are subject to a convenience fee of $25.
Yes, transportation pickups between the hours of 10pm and 6am are subject to a fee of $20. Note: If both pickups on a round-trip fall between these hours, the fee will be $30.
Reservations that are cancelled within 48 hours of the date of service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 (forfeiture of deposit).
Reservations that are cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the date of service are not subject to a fee. We do ask that you notify us immediately if your plans have changed.
Note: We evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis prior to requiring any fees.
In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, we do our very best to accommodate last minute changes. If the flight change exceeds 90 minutes, is canceled, and if we are unable to accommodate the new flight time; the customer is eligible for a refund for that portion of their trip as a credit with MGA | LUX.
If you, or the airline, change your flight date or time, we will do our very best to accommodate the change. However, If your new time is outside of our operating hours of 4AM-11PM, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and issue a refund.
Yes, due to increased demand and increased travel times due to holiday traffic there is an additional fee for trips during these times.
We offer door-to-door service! Your driver will pick you up at your residence and transport you directly to the Airport drop-off area for your specific airline.
The moment you land, your driver will text you with specific instructions for a meeting location. Each terminal has a designated pickup zone for shuttles and limousine services. We will provide step-by-step instructions for your specific pickup upon arrival. We make it as easy as possible!
One of our top priorities is to alleviate the stress of commuting to the airport. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport recommends that each guest arrive 2 hours prior to their departure for Domestic flights and 3 hours prior to their departure for International flights.
A general rule of thumb is that you will be picked up 4 hours prior to your Domestic flight departure time and 5 hours prior to your International flight departure. This may vary slightly depending on the time of day and day of week.
Domestic Flight time: 8:00 AM
Pickup Time: 4:00 AM
International Flight time: 5:00 PM
Pickup Time: 12:00 PM
Yes, we are happy to include multiple stops to pick up your group. The fee for this is $10/extra stop for one-way. The fee for round trip is $20/extra stop.
Note: The order in which each location will be picked up, is at the discretion of MGA | LUX. This may vary depending upon the starting point of your driver.
One of our unique features is that we only provide exclusive private transportation. No other passengers outside of your group will be in the vehicle. We strive to offer a personal and tranquil experience to each and every guest. YES, this includes even groups with only 1 passenger!
