One of the most exciting changes has been a recent revamp of our website. We want to share the best practice on how to go about booking a reservation with us here at MGA | LUX.
Step 1) Determine what type of service you are looking to have set up. (Airport, Atlanta venue, local, wedding, etc.)
Step 2) Determine the date(s) and time(s) of your travel.
Step 3) Reach out to our Client Support Team to check availability.

Step 4) Once our team has confirmed availability you will be provided a link to our website to complete the reservation form that best fits your desired transportation needs.
After your form has been submitted, we will add you to our scheduling calendar powered by Google. This includes an SMS text confirmation and reminders for your upcoming trip!
Yes! Effective 2/16/22 we provide $10 Off on all of our services.
(Limit one $10 Discount per Reservation)
Effective February 1, 2022, a deposit of $50 will be required to secure all reservation types. The remainder of the invoice balance is due 72 hours prior to your date of service.
Yes, reservations booked within 48 hours of the service are subject to a convenience fee of $25.
Reservations that are cancelled within 48 hours of the date of service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.
Reservations that are cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the date of service are not subject to a fee. We do ask that you notify us immediately if your plans have changed.
Note: We evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis prior to requiring any fees.
Yes, due to increased demand and increased travel times due to holiday traffic there is an additional fee for trips the weeks of Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Fees are as follows:
- $35 Fee if only 1 reservation date falls within one of the above mentioned Holiday weeks
-$50 Fee if 2 of the reservation dates fall within one of the above mentioned Holiday week
We offer door-to-door service! Your driver will pick you up at your residence and transport you directly to the Airport drop-off area for your specific airline.
The moment you land, your driver will text you with specific instructions for a meeting location. Each terminal has a designated pickup zone for shuttles and limousine services. We will provide step-by-step instructions for your specific pickup upon arrival. We make it as easy as possible!
One of our top priorities is to alleviate the stress of commuting to the airport. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport recommends that each guest arrive 2 hours prior to their departure on Domestic flights and 3 hours prior to their departure on International flights.
A general rule of thumb is that you will be picked up 4 hours prior to your Domestic flight departure time and 5 hours prior to your International flight departure.
This time may be adjusted if your travel is surrounding a major holiday.
Domestic Flight time: 8:00 AM
Pickup Time: 4:00 AM
International Flight time: 2:00 PM
Pickup Time: 9:00 AM
One of our most unique features is that we only provide exclusive private transportation. No other passengers outside of your group will be in the vehicle. We strive to offer a personal and tranquil experience to each and every guest. YES, this includes even groups with only 1 passenger!
One of the greatest features to our service is that your driver will be personally assigned to your trip. We ask for your flight information while making the reservation so that we can track your flight on the date of the arrival and make any necessary changes. Unless your flight is delayed by several hours there should be absolutely no reason that we would be unable to accommodate your return. We have multiple drivers as well and when necessary, we can adjust our plans to fit yours.
